Our sea moss is made with raw and certified organic St Lucian Gracilaria Sea moss and is imported from the St. Lucian Sea Moss Company. Sea moss is high in alkaline and eclectic cellular nutrients necessary to sustain optimal health. Sea moss contains many of the 102 minerals that our body needs to sustain optimal health.
How to Help Yourself Heal:
We believe that our bodies must be fed on an intracellular level. That being said, we believe that with proper nutrition from a mostly plant based diet, plenty of rest and exercise, consuming herbal teas and sea moss supplements may support detoxing your body and aid in your journey to healing.
To support your healing and detoxing, we would suggest eliminating or limiting your consumption of meat, dairy, eggs, sugar, alcohol, fried foods, fast foods, and carbs.
