Happy Healing, Tribe! I am Shontel Camacho — 56 years old and the CEO of Shontel4Health, LLC., educator, certified herbalist, and certified holistic health coach. My mission is to help you uncover the root cause of your health concerns and create balance in your body, mind, and spirit.
With years of experience as both a teacher and a healer, I blend education, herbal wisdom, and holistic practices to provide practical, sustainable wellness solutions. I believe true healing isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about understanding your body, addressing the deeper “why,” and creating a plan that empowers you to thrive.
To stay fully aligned with my clients’ evolving needs, I’m currently advancing my studies through a Master Level Holistic Nutrition course. This will soon expand my certifications to include Holistic Nutritionist, Gut Health Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, and Health & Wellness Coach.
